We are thrilled to announce that our founder and CEO Dr Robin Ohannessian MD MPH PhD has been a guest speaker talking about global telestroke and AI as well as telehealth regulations and policies in France and Europe at the 5th MENA Telehealth & Virtual Care Expo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With the esteemed patronage of the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia led by HE Minister Fahad AlJalajel and SEHA Virtual Hospital, the exhibition took place on May 7-8, 2024. It brought together key players from the private sector, alongside policymakers and government representatives from the region, in partnership with ZIMAM led by Dr. Osama Elhassan and Amr Jamal as well as ISFTEH led by Dr Michele Y Griffith MD.
Dr. Ohannessian highlighted how these advancements could aid MENA countries in developing their own telehealth regulations, strategies, and reimbursement plans. Additionally, he joined a panel on telestroke in KSA, presenting our experiences from France and discussing international collaboration in this field.
